The Pocahontas County Opera House is excited to invite you to support our vibrant community by advertising in our 2024-2025 Playbill or through our digital channels. Your investment helps sustain the arts and brings quality entertainment to our audiences. Below, you'll find details on advertising options, rates, payment methods, and important due dates.
Advertising Options and Rates
We offer various sizes of ads in our playbill to suit your needs:
Full Page Ad: $600
Premium placement options are available for an additional fee: Center Spread, Outside Back Cover
Half Page Ad: $350
Premium placement options are available for an additional fee: Inside Front Cover, Inside Back Cover
Quarter Page Ad: $275
For those interested in seasonal advertising, we offer half-season rates:
Full Page - 1/2 Season: $350
Half Page - 1/2 Season: $200
Quarter Page - 1/2 Season: $125
Digital Advertising Rates
Monthly Rate: $100 per month
Email Blast Package Selections
You have the option to advertise in the monthly email subscription newsletter for the following months: September, October, November, December, February, March, April, and May.
Sponsorships
If you’re interested in sponsorship opportunities, please visit our Sponsorship Page where you can learn about various levels starting from $25 up to $10,000 or more. Each level comes with its own set of benefits and acknowledgments, including recognition on our website and at the Opera House.
Payment Options
We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:
Check: Make payable to Pocahontas County Opera House Foundation, Inc.
Invoice: Invoice for the full amount or request to be invoiced before each season (August and January).
Credit Card: A 3.5% processing fee will be charged. Card Number, Expiration Date, and CVV required.
Important Due Dates
First Half of the Season (September - December): August 31
Second Half of the Season (February - May): January 15
